SAP Order-to-Cash SME **Remote Only** Contract $75/hr - $100/hr **SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C)** TG Federal is looking to hire a Order-to-Cash SME to join our team in support of a large Federal (DoD) contract. **Location:** 100% Remote. Occasional travel to the DC area may be required **Clearance:** Active DoD Secret Required **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree from an accredited United States college or university in a field of study relevant to his/her professional role. + Nine (9)+ years of progressive, relevant experience. **Desired Skills & Experience:** + Prior client ERP Experience + SME level experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) well versed in WFM and understand system integrations. + Demonstrate market leading experience with systems migrations with specific experience implementing S4 HANA at a wide array of government and commercial clients. + Demonstrate depth of experience with the clients end-to-end business processes and transactions in the current state systems environment as well as experience supporting migrations between client financial systems. + Deliver accelerators specifically for S4 HANA transformations that will become property of the government or made available to the systems integrator chosen at a later time, upon request. + Provide leading perspectives on approaches to achieving business process transformations during a technical upgrade to S4 HANA from both inside and outside of government. + Strong communication (verbal and written) skills to work in a dynamic client-facing environment at the Pentagon + Consultative approach to problem solving + Operationally efficient; Business process improvement activities + Strategic communications and change management **Role and Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and analyze the O2C process, including order management, billing, invoicing, credit management, and cash application. + Configure and implement SAP O2C solutions to meet business needs and enhance process efficiency. + Provide expertise in the integration of O2C processes with other SAP modules such as SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), and SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling). + Conduct system testing, data migration, and cutover activities to ensure smooth implementation. + Support system enhancements and provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting issues as needed. + Work with cross-functional teams to define functional specifications and ensure business requirements are properly documented. + Assist with the creation of training materials and provide training sessions for end users. + Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations during the implementation process. + Proven experience in SAP O2C (Order to Cash) module implementation and configuration. + Strong understanding of O2C business processes including order management, invoicing, credit management, and collections. + Experience in integrating SAP O2C with other modules such as SAP MM, SD, and FICO. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. + Experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred) or previous versions of SAP. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. + Ability to provide post-implementation support and enhancements. **Working Conditions:** + Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + Occasional travel may be required. + Must be available for after-hours or emergency support as needed. **You will receive the following benefits:** + Medical Insurance - Four medical plans to choose from for you and your family + Dental & Orthodontia Benefits + Vision Benefits + Health Savings Account (HSA) + Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts + Voluntary Life Insurance, Long-Term & Short-Term Disability Insurance + Hospital Indemnity Insurance + 401(k) including match with pre and post-tax options + Paid Sick Time Leave + Legal and Identity Protection Plans + Pre-tax Commuter Benefit + 529 College Saver Plan TG Federal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
