The NS2 Cloud Project Director will manage multiple projects within a Program or Portfolio. This team member will be part of the Product Strategy PMO team at NS2. The Project Director will support the planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and reporting of technical projects. This role will work with SAP teams, technical staff, functional managers, and senior leadership to gain understanding of project requirements, track and report project progress, and track and manage project issues and risks. **General Responsibilities:** Manages medium to large scope projects independently and partners with or works under the guidance of PMO Vice President on large complex programs. Detailed responsibilities: + Oversees and contributes to project planning activities. + Manages the execution of projects tasks and milestones according to plan. + Evaluates project related situations accurately and identify viable solutions that create successful outcomes. + Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables. + Manages the financial aspects of the project. + Analyzes risk, establish contingency/response plans, identify trigger events, and establish responsibilities for initiating mitigating action. + Determines what constitutes successful closure for all parties. Gain acceptance and sign-off by all parties when closure is attained. **Qualifications** : + 10 years of experience in the high-tech industry + 10 years in Program/Project Management with PMO leadership + Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels using metrics, data, and presentations + Strong multi-tasking and analytical/troubleshooting skills + Excellent team player with a high degree of integrity and passion who can work effectively both within the team and cross-functionally. + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or related technical discipline; or equivalent work experience + Experience with Service NOW SPM, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Project **Core Competencies:** + Program level management experience + Management of multiple project streams and prioritization impacts + Solid understanding of security fundamentals. + Strong interpersonal, presentation, and customer service skills Note: The job description is meant to be a guideline. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 142500 - 327100(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
