SAP MM Lead

Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio **Your role and responsibilities** As a SAP MM Lead in IBM, You will: * Be responsible for handling service requests and system troubleshooting * Understand ERP concept among the other modules * Support other subsidiaries service requests, system troubleshooting and gather user requirements * Investigate, analyse subsidiaries business requirements and propose solutions clients * Create program functional specifications for developers * Perform testing on new functionalities * Conduct user training and create training manuals for end users * Come up with ideas/proposals to expand the company’s business * Provide support on SAP S4/HANA ERP MM module. **Required technical and professional expertise** You are someone we are looking for if you have the following technical expertise: * SAP ECC6 and S/4 HANA Implementation and Support experience, * Must have good experience as a SAP Technical Consultant or similar role. * At least 3 years of experience with SAP MM module. * Knowledge and experience of delivering projects in an Agile framework. * Specialization in finance, project management, business administration, or a related field will be advantageous * End-to-End implementation experience is a plus. * Coordinate and collaborate with functional users and other IT staff to find solutions to problems identified in testing, resolve issues during systems upgrades, ensure that requirements documentation is easily translated into UAT (user acceptance training)/functional test plans, and ensure that proper testing of all systems functionality is completed * Work closely with clients to identify potential areas of business process improvements, and propose projects to improve efficiency **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Strong Business Processes knowledge * Minimum 3 years of MM functional experience with at least 2 cycles of end to end implementation experience * Working knowledge of SAP Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Talent Management focusing on Performance Management and Training & Events Management modules * SAP-accredited certification * Current knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration * Strong Analytical and problem solving skills * Critical thinker and problem-solving skills * Great interpersonal and communication skills IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
