SAP MDG Product Manager, Project Kuiper
The team is looking to hire a skilled and strategic SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) Product Manager to lead the product lifecycle, roadmap, and adoption of our SAP MDG platform. This role bridges the gap between business stakeholders, technical teams, and SAP architects to ensure clean, governed, and scalable master data processes across the enterprise.
As the MDG Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the vision and strategy for master data governance, enabling business outcomes through data quality, compliance, and integrity. Transform how organizations manage and leverage master data through strategic leadership and innovative SAP solutions. You'll be the critical bridge connecting business vision with technical execution, driving data quality and organizational efficiency.



Key job responsibilities
Product Ownership: Own the SAP MDG product roadmap; define and prioritize features based on business value, regulatory needs, and data governance objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business teams (finance, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, etc.) and SAP technical teams to gather requirements and drive consensus.

Data Governance Leadership: Champion enterprise data governance strategies and implement data ownership, stewardship, and quality controls using SAP MDG.

Integration Oversight: Ensure MDG processes align and integrate with core SAP modules (S/4HANA, ECC), third-party systems, and external data services.

Compliance and Risk: Monitor and enhance data policies to meet audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Project Delivery: Lead agile delivery of enhancements and projects related to MDG. Track KPIs, user adoption, and system performance.

Change Management & Training: Support business change efforts, including training materials and communication strategies to drive MDG adoption.
