RED GLOBAL-SAP MDG -REMOTE-6-12MONTHS+-ASAP START

RED, on behalf of a Key Client Partner, is seeking for an experienced SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Consultant/Architect with a strong architectural and functional background in SAP MDG and S/4HANA, to lead enterprise-level MDG initiatives for a Pharma end user Client.

Role: SAP MDG Start: ASAP Duration: 6months-12months+ Location: Mainly remote, limited onsite Belgium/Ireland Capacity: Full time Language: English

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and architect SAP MDG implementations, including solution design, roadmap development, and strategy definition Conduct Fit-Gap analysis, blueprinting, and drive design workshops with business stakeholders across different domains Design and configure MDG components including: Data Modeling UI Modeling using FPM/Web Dynpro Process Modeling and Rule-Based Workflows (parallel and sequential) BRF+ rules for derivation and validation Security roles and authorization objects (collaborating with Security team) Replication configurations (SOA, IDOC) Provide expert guidance on: Master data processes for Business Partners (Customer/Supplier) and Material Master Data Quality, Governance Policies, and Stewardship Frameworks Integration of SAP MDG with SAP and non-SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, CRM, 3rd-party MDM tools) MDG extensibility and enhancements (FPM, Web Dynpro, custom logic) Manage full project lifecycle activities: requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training, data migration, cutover, and hypercare

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of SAP experience, with 5+ years dedicated to SAP MDG Hands-on experience in at least 3 full-cycle MDG implementations Strong experience with S/4HANA MDG for Business Partners and Materials Deep knowledge of SAP MDG configuration, including BRF+, FPM, and Rule-Based Workflows Proven experience with Security Role Design, Data Replication (SOA/IDOC), and Enhancements Familiarity with SAP Data Migration tools (BODS, LSMW, etc.) and data cleansing best practices Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops and influence governance decisions
