SAP Logistics & GTS System Administrator as a Logistics\n& GTS (Global Trade Services) System Administrator here at Honeywell, you\nwill be accountable for the administration and maintenance of our logistics and\nglobal trade services systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring the\nreliability, security, and optimal performance of these systems, assisting our\nlogistics and global trade operations. You will report directly to our IT Director,\nand you'll work out of our Morris Plains, NJ location on a hybrid work\nschedule. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant\nimpact by:
- Overseeing the setup, configuration, and maintenance of\nlogistics and GTS systems
- Expertise in applicable\ndomain areas in SAP Logistics, Outbound/Inbound Deliveries, Shipment\ndocuments, XPS/CSO implementation across\nDCs, 4PL integration, Carrier\nIntegration, Third Party Integration, SAP GTS or any other GTS applications
- Monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving\ntechnical issues
- Expertise in MM (Materials Management), Inbound Delivery,\nGoods Receipt processes and Familiarity with interface design (e.g., IDocs,\nBAPIs, or middleware) for inbound/outbound stock updates
- Expertise in the following SAP GTS Modules for Compliance\nManagement, Customs Management, Risk management - Free Trade Agreements
- Collaborating with\ncross-functional teams to plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements
- Ensuring system security and compliance with global trade\nregulations
- Providing training and facilitating to end users of the\nsystems
- Documenting system\nconfigurations, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and\nstandardization
- Design, configure, and implement SAP LE/WM solutions to\nmeet business requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of\nlogistics and GTS systems
• Monitor system performance, identify and resolve technical\nissues
• S/4 HANA is a plus
• Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute\nsystem upgrades and enhancements
• Ensure system security and compliance with global trade\nregulations
• Provide training and facilitate to end users of the\nsystems
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures\nto facilitate knowledge transfer and standardization
YOU MUST HAVE
• 7+ years of experience in SAP ERP Logistics, SAP GTS, 3PL,\nTMC, 4PL, 3PL, 3rd party integration applications.
• Experience with S/4HANA or cloud-based SAP deployments\n(RISE) is preferred
• Design, configure, and implement SAP LE/WM solutions to meet\nbusiness requirements
• Provide guidance and facilitate to stakeholders on best\npractices and industry trends in sourcing and procurement
• Strong knowledge of logistics and global trade services\nsystems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong\ncommunication and collaboration abilities
WE VALUE
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information\nTechnology, or a related field
• Industry-recognized certifications in systems\nadministration or network management
• Previous experience in logistics or global trade\noperations
• Familiarity with customs regulations and global trade\ncompliance
• Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to\nguide system upgrade initiatives
This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.
