What you’ll do  

By working across a number of different initiatives and engaging with a variety of business units you’ll be introduced to a solid foundation which may guide your future career and chosen specialization. It is an opportunity to work with people in an organization that is a Global market leader in enterprise software. This internship experience will give you an insight as to how SAP in Ireland supports our customers, develops software for our customers and sells solutions to our customers that turn their businesses into intelligent enterprises. 

 

Position title: SAP Labs Ireland iXp Intern – Business & Leadership Support 

Location: Dublin, Ireland 

Expected start date: August/September 2025 

Duration: Minimum 9-12 months full-time (you must be a registered student for the duration of the internship) 

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with core and extended teams, connecting the dots across topics to drive employee engagement and workplace experience. 

Content Creation & Communications: Assist in drafting, editing, and organizing newsletters, emails, presentations, and other internal communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with SAP's values. 

Event Support: Support the planning, communication, and seamless execution of internal events, workshops, and engagement initiatives. 

People & Culture: Actively contribute to building a vibrant employee experience by supporting feedback channels, coordinating workshops, and facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions. 

Project Coordination: Help define project roadmaps and timelines, coordinate delivery activities, and support the organization of key initiatives with autonomy and creativity. 

Process Improvement: Gather and synthesize feedback to inform continuous improvement of communications and engagement activities. 

Tools & Systems: Competently use Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, MS Teams) and learn to use SAP internal processes and tools (e.g., Ariba). 

 

 

What you bring 

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by continuous learning. 

Pursuing a degree in business management or communication related courses, seeking an internship for at least 9-12 months 

Team Player: Driving holistic transformations and experiences is a team sport. We need teammates that demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and want to embrace experiences while operating in a highly collaborative environment.

Meet your team 

Reporting to the SAP Labs Global Head of Strategy and Operations and working closely with the local SAP Labs Managing Director, Communications Lead, Head of People & Culture, and the wider Operations Team. This internship will work as part of a cross-collaborative team with colleagues from local management and other functional areas such as IT and Facilities to enhance the Workplace Experience in SAP Labs Ireland.
