What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Solution Adoption Campaign Coordinator
Location: Hybrid - Newtown Square
Expected start date: September 2025
Duration: 12 months
Working hours: Full-time (40 hrs./week)
The Solution Adoption Campaign Internship supports the Cloud ERP Adoption Office in defining and executing the Solution Adoption strategy and leverage analytics to build best-in-class customer experiences. The solution scope covers S/4HANA Cloud, Finance, and Digital Supply Chain solutions.
The core deliverables include (but not limited to):
Solution Adoption Strategy
Work with key stakeholders to define Solution Adoption strategies and track progression towards yearly targets Plan, lead, and execute on solution adoption campaigns to provide greater visibility and insights to the business Build and maintain partnerships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams Build, drive and implement processes for utilizing data to improve solution adoption
Business Analytics
Provide reporting and analytics to support Customer Success reporting to get insights into the overall cloud business and key business drivers Build, track, and monitor KPIs for the team, providing regular updates to Leadership Extract, transform, and process data to get insights into the overall cloud business and key business drivers Identify opportunities to further scale and automate reporting assets for quicker analysis and information sharing
What you bring:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Supply Chain, etc.) preferred, MBA a plus Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program Ability to interact positively at all levels across the company and work with a variety of employees cross functionally Outstanding interpersonal skills; along with strong communication skills both verbal and written Critical thinking, ability to challenge thought processes productively, while maintaining strong business relationships Cloud software experience Above all, they should be passionate about customer experience and value realization
Top skills or competencies:
Strong prioritization skills for timely delivery of ongoing requests and special projects Demonstrated Self Starter SAP Analytics Cloud, Excel Data Management Program Management Event Planning Digital Marketing Fluent English language skills are mandatory, additional languages are advantageous

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
