What you’ll do:

 

Position title: SAP iXp Intern – SAP Product Learning Support – Customer Service

Location: São Paulo, Brazil

 

As an intern, you will work closely with the Customer Service specialists in the team. You will be supporting different steps within our customer service process. This includes but is not limited to:

 

Manage large volumes of incoming tickets and calls promptly and effectively. Identify and assess customers’ needs to provide personalized recommendations within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. Build sustainable customer relationships by engaging with them in a positive, empathetic and professional manner. Collaboration with key stakeholders within Product Learning, global Finance Shared Services and subject matter experts. Contribute to the team success by aligning the team around the key deliverables Share your ideas, be innovative and contribute to the open-minded and collaborative culture of our team

 

Who you are:

 

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

 

Currently enrolled student in university in a relevant degree program such as Business Administration or IT. No previous experience is required for this position Knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Language skills: Portuguese, English Capable of working independently upon receiving proper instruction and guidance Soft skills: Team player, open to new challenges, willing to learn new things
