Gain visibility: with SAP Internship Experience Program in your title, you’ll have a global network of SAP leaders, entrepreneurs and career development opportunities at your fingertips. **What you’ll do** Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – Project Management Location: Vancouver, BC Expected Start Date: 2 September 2025 Contract Duration: 8 months Work Hours: 40 hours/week The Preferred Success team is looking for a project manager to orchestrate regular project tracking, effective stakeholder communication, and robust governance processes for their portfolio of transformation initiatives. With hands-on experience in project coordination, analysis, reporting, and communication, the project manager will ensure clear visibility into project progress and successful delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist in coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation through closing stages. + Support the development of project plans and timelines + Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product and IT ensuring alignment and communication. + Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure visibility and transparency. + Identify potential risks and issues and assist in developing mitigation strategies. + Facilitate project team meetings and promote effective communication both within the team and with external stakeholders. + Help prepare documentation, reports, and presentations related to project status, metrics, and outcomes. + Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and performance. **What you bring** We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. Education: Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
