Gain visibility:** with Internship Experience Project in your title, you’ll have a global network of SAP leaders, entrepreneurs and career development opportunities at your fingertips. **What you’ll do** **Position title:** SAP iXp Intern - Partner Support Specialist **Location:** São Leopoldo, RS, Brazil - hybrid (3x per week) • Provide operational support to SAP Partners across their partnership lifecycle. • Ability to be flexible in the approach to support SAP Partners in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Contribute to drive partner self-sufficiency by promoting digital assets available to them. • Cover SAP Partner support across different channels (ticket, chat, phone) following defined SLAs and guidelines. • Create and maintain Digital Assets to drive partner self-sufficiency. • Assist and support SAP Partners on portals and tools, partnership requirements, main partnership processes, among other contents. **What you bring:** • Problem-solving skills • Demonstrable interpersonal and team-working abilities • Relationship building/networking capabilities • Customer-focused and service-oriented attitude • Strong Communication Skills (verbal & written) • Agility and flexibility to work in an ever changing environment • Work well under pressure & with high volume of queries • Business level English • Spanish is a strong plus for the role. Commitment to learn the language is mandatory • Undergraduate Students in Admin/Sales/Communication, and IT management related areas. **Meet your team:** Partner Services Hub (PSH) empowers SAP partners to grow and simplify their business by delivering a personalized range of value-added services. The Partner Support Specialist intern is a partner facing role within Partner Support team, mainly responsible for handling partner support queue and for being the first line responders of queries coming from SAP Partners in Americas. Their primary goal is to handle volume of partner queries efficiently, providing quality support within the expected SLAs.
