**What you´ll build**
Position title: SAP iXp Intern (f/m/d) - Global Health, Safety & Well-Being Team
Work Area: Human Resources
Location: Walldorf
• Candidate needs to live near Walldorf: 3 days/week onsite support mandatory
• Expected travel up to 30% occasionally within Germany
• Expected start date: Dec 1st 2025
**In this role, you’ll**
+ You will assist the team in the following areas:Support the development, implementation, coordination and evaluation of a variety of health promotion initiatives and health projects
+ Closely collaborate with the Global Health & Well-Being team at SAP
+ Close collaboration with Sports & Fitness responsible of Health & Well-Being Germany
+ Strongly Supporting the Local Health Coordinators Network in Germany
+ Maintain health services in the Subsidiaries in Germany
+ Responsible for the organization of Health Days in German headquarters/subsidiaries
**What you bring**
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning
+ Preferred field of study: Health Management, Sport Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Studies, Education Science, Psychology, or related subject
+ Communicating fluently (verbally and in writing) in German and English language
+ Passion for Corporate Health Management and interest for physical and mental health topics
+ Service orientation, ability to work self-dependent and drive for execution
+ Originality and ability to understand and improve processes and materials
+ Strong ability to design and prepare high-impact presentations and reports
+ Be familiar with latest trends in social media and latest technology trends
