What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Customer Stories, Communications, and Events

Locations: Newtown Square, PA (East Coast Preferred)

Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Duration: 12 months

Working hours: Full-time (30 - 40 hrs/week)

In this role, you will be a member of the Global Solutions and Content Strategy team within the Global Customer References & Advocates organization, focusing on helping the team connect key stakeholders in marketing and sales with the broader customer references team. You will work on developing and maintaining documents such as newsletters and customer stories, and support strategic projects that require data analysis.   

Additionally, you will support this seasoned team with a range of communications, content, and data reference activities: 

Design, creation, and maintenance of key internal and external documents such as flipbooks, newsletters, and reports Professional writing, editing, and proofreading of internal and external communications Gathering and analyzing the data we use to make strategic decisions Updating and maintaining information in various customer references tools Supporting various strategic projects from planning, execution, and measuring/tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)

 

What you bring:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Recent graduate or active student in Business, Marketing or Communications Ability to manage projects and timelines, following up with key stakeholders Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills Detail-orientated and interested in project management Curious and eager to learn Demonstrated self-starter Interested in the technology and software industry, including AI topics Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Suit Willing to work with colleagues in other time zones (CET/EST/PST) Language skills: fluent in English

The Global Customer References & Advocates organization helps drive revenue, increase brand perception, and improve customer loyalty by creating and nurturing lasting impactful relationships with customers. The Global Solutions and Content Strategy team connects the Global Customer References & Advocates organization to key stakeholders in marketing and sales, ensuring that our references strategy aligns with other areas of the business.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 0 - 0(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
