**What you’ll do:**
Position title: **SAP iXp Intern - Cloud Adoption Advisory**
**Location:** flexible location but NYC, Atlanta or Alpharetta preferred
**Expected start date:** October 2025
**Team Mission**
Our team’s North Star is to ensure customers realize measurable business value from their SAP investments by driving product adoption and consumption. We focus on three strategic priorities:
· cACV (Consumed Annual Contract Value): Tracking and enabling customer usage against entitlement.
· RISE Clean Core: Supporting best practices for faster upgrades, streamlined deployments, and accelerated innovation adoption.
· AI Adoption: Converting SAP’s fast-growing AI capabilities into tangible value for customers through operational efficiency, better decision-making, and productivity gains.
**Role Overview**
We are seeking a motivated Cloud Adoption Advisory Intern to support our global initiatives in driving product adoption and consumption. The intern will assist with data analysis, tracking customer adoption metrics, supporting team initiatives, and creating scalable assets that help customers realize the full value of their SAP software.
**Key Responsibilities**
· Support development and maintenance of adoption tracking reports (cACV, RISE Clean Core, AI).
· Analyze consumption data to identify adoption gaps and highlight opportunities for intervention.
· Assist in the creation of adoption playbooks, templates, and best-practice assets for the field.
· Participate in customer adoption planning sessions and capture actionable insights.
· Contribute to initiatives that promote clean core practices and accelerate AI usage.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Product, Sales) to ensure alignment and execution.
· Prepare executive-ready summaries and visuals to communicate progress and insights.
**What you bring:**
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
· Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. For recent graduates, joining date must be within six months of graduation date.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.
· Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Interest in enterprise software, customer success, and digital adoption strategies.
· Self-starter with curiosity to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, global team environment
· Spanish language not required but a plus

**Compensation Range Transparency** : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15 - 62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
