Work from home - Hybrid. **Duration:** Full Time only **Job Summary:** The Sr. Technology Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing advanced data solutions within our organization. With a focus on SAP Information Steward and SAP Data Management, the candidate will drive performance engineering and data transformation initiatives. The role requires a deep understanding of data orchestration, discovery, acquisition, and migration, leveraging machine learning and SAP Data Intelligence. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial manufacturing. **Responsibilities:** + Lead the design and implementation of data management solutions using SAP Information Steward to ensure data quality and governance. + Oversee performance engineering efforts to optimize data processing and transformation workflows. + Provide expertise in data orchestration and discovery to enhance data accessibility and usability across the organization. + Drive data acquisition strategies to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives. + Implement machine learning models to improve data insights and predictive analytics capabilities. + Utilize SAP Data Intelligence to streamline data integration and migration processes. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives. + Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture and processes to ensure clarity and consistency. + Conduct regular assessments of data systems to identify areas for improvement and innovation. + Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities in data management and analytics. + Monitor industry trends and advancements in data technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation. + Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and standards to protect sensitive information. + Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing remote and in-office collaboration tools. **Qualifications:** + Extensive experience in SAP Information Steward and SAP Data Management. + Proficiency in performance engineering and data transformation techniques. + Strong background in data orchestration, discovery, and acquisition. + Expertise in machine learning applications within data management contexts. + Skilled in SAP Data Intelligence for data integration and migration. + Experience in the industrial manufacturing domain is preferred. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills for hybrid work environments. **Salary and Other Compensation:** Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 – $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
