We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities. **The Role** **To be successful in the role you will have the following experience and skills:** + **Education:** Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent proven experience/eminence) in business, Information Technology, or a related field. + **Expertise:** Deep knowledge of **SAP platform and solutions, including** **SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, RISE, BTP, Ariba, MDG** and related technologies. + Good understanding of the **SAP product strategy** and several SAP functional areas such as FI, SD, MM, PP, PS, BTP, and WM + Experience in successfully applying the **SAP Activate** methodology in large scale implementations + **Leadership Skills:** Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. + **Customer Focus:** Exceptional customer management skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. + **Communication:** Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex problems and proposals in a compelling manner + **Problem-Solving:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions driving continuous improvement in the sales process. **Preferred Skills and Experiences:** + Exposure to SAP Integrations with B2B/EDI/IDOC, Concur, Ariba, BTP, Success Factors, Sales Cloud, and Coupa. + Experience with multi-tier / hybrid-cloud system development for large enterprises. + Knowledge of specific industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, finance) and their unique SAP requirements. **Who You Are** You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it.
