Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio **Your role and responsibilities** Key Responsibilities: * Assist in the analysis, design, and configuration of SAP HCM systems according to client requirements. * Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery, adhering to timelines and quality standards. * Participate in testing phases, including unit testing and user acceptance testing. * Provide technical support post-implementation, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise. * Contribute to the development of solution documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles. * Stay updated with industry trends, SAP HCM features, and enhancements. * Partake in training opportunities to enhance skills and expertise. With your focus on the front-end of the solution lifecycle, you'll be a master at listening to stakeholders, grasping their business challenges and requirements, and forming more detailed definitions of new architectural structures that will make up their best-fit, value adding solutions. A typical day may involve: •Understanding client needs and aligning them with IBM Z solutions. •Creating effective end-to-end architecture using IBM Z. •Ensuring architectural viability and conducting assessments. •Identifying and resolving project risks and conflicts. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. * 1-2 years of experience in SAP HCM implementation, configuration, or support. * Strong understanding of SAP ABAP, FI/CO, or other relevant modules beneficial. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Good communication and teamwork abilities. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. * SAP certification (SAP HCM, SAP ABAP, etc.) is a plus.
