SAP Hire to Retire (H2R) SME **Remote Only** Contract $65/hr - $95/hr **Hire to Retire (H2R)** TG Federal is looking to hire a DoD Hire to Retire (H2R) SME to join our team in support of a large Federal (DoD) contract. This role will focus on the analysis, configuration, and support of end-to-end HR business processes across personnel administration, timekeeping, payroll, and talent management systems as the client transitions from SAP ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA and SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the H2R lifecycle, strong functional SAP knowledge, and experience supporting military or federal civilian HR processes in large-scale ERP environments. **Location:** 100% Remote. Occasional travel to the DC area may be required. **Program Overview:** This project is focused on upgrading the client's ERP system from SAP ECC to the modern SAP S4 HANA. This technical upgrade aims to streamline processes through business process re-engineering and adopting a fit-to-standard approach for system configuration. Key objectives include designing requirements for end-to-end processes, creating a technical solution, and establishing data and change management strategies. The project’s ultimate goal is to optimize client operations while minimizing customization of the new system. **Clearance:** Active DoD Secret Required **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree from an accredited United States college or university in a field of study relevant to his/her professional role. + Nine (9)+ years of progressive, relevant experience. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform functional analysis and technical configuration for H2R related modules. + Serve as a functional SME (subject matter expert) for H2R-related SAP modules (HCM/PA/OM/PT/PY) and/or SuccessFactors (EC, ECP, Time, Talent). + Analyze client business processes and map them to SAP S/4 HANA best practices within the H2R domain. + Actively participate in and support the facilitation of requirements gathering workshops with client subject matter experts. + Support the migration from SAP ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA, including impact analysis, fit-gap assessments, and demoing through existing Sandbox + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance and Logistics to ensure accurate end-to-end H2R process integration. + Ensure compliance with DoD personnel, security, and payroll requirements and audit standards. + Experience with SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including direct engagement with client personnel. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. **Nice to Have:** + Previous ECC to S/4 HANA lifecycle implementation experience (minimum two preferred) + Prior DoD and client ERP Experience + Experience with planning and executing via the SAFE Agile framework in similar size/complexity projects + SAP certifications in HCM and/or SuccessFactors EC/ECP/Time. **Working Conditions:** + Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + Occasional travel to the Washington DC area may be required. + Must be available for after-hours or emergency support as needed. **You will receive the following benefits:** + Medical Insurance - Four medical plans to choose from for you and your family + Dental & Orthodontia Benefits + Vision Benefits + Health Savings Account (HSA) + Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts + Voluntary Life Insurance, Long-Term & Short-Term Disability Insurance + Hospital Indemnity Insurance + 401(k) including match with pre and post-tax options + Paid Sick Time Leave + Legal and Identity Protection Plans + Pre-tax Commuter Benefit + 529 College Saver Plan TG Federal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
