Global Business lead for Aurora Application – Center of Excellence (Process, System access support, Helpdesk, Support upgrades, Training & Communication, metrics etc-)
+ Center of Excellence - Planning & driving the CoE team to meet milestones as needed
+ Translate high level strategic intent into operational process flow mapping & design
+ Global Coordination with Purchasing, IT, Finance, Payables , EY & Ariba as needed (ensure compliance, approvals. etc-)
+ Become SME on Aurora (SAP Ariba) and support Issue resolution/Trouble shooting
+ Represent AP voice aptly in global environment
+ Interface independently with senior management
+ Facilitation and action planning with cross functional constituents
+ Learn & Teach
+ Relationship development
+ Flexible working time may be required to support the meetings as needed to progress on the project
+ 2pm to 11.30pm shift, on-site (GTBC) support
+ 7 to 10 years of experience
+ SAP Ariba Experience
+ Candidate should come from a planning, project management background
+ Purchase background preferred
+ Worked on regional / global projects
+ Good written presentation and communication skills
+ Some experience as Trainer preferred
