Sap GRC Consultant
CTG is seeking to fill a Sap GRC Consultant opening for our client. Location: Remote Duration: 2 months (First phase for Assessment; next phase to be determined based on outcome) Duties: Lead assessment and implementation efforts for SAP GRC modules (ARA, EAM, BRM, ARM, UAR). Provide technical expertise in SAP GRC solution design, configuration, and deployment. Collaborate with business process owners, IT teams, and auditors to identify requirements, design solutions, and ensure compliance. Develop and maintain SAP security roles adhering to Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles. Identify, mitigate, and resolve SoD conflicts while ensuring alignment with compliance regulations such as GDPR and SOX. Support risk management initiatives and governance frameworks to improve control effectiveness. Deliver documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Skills: Strong expertise in all SAP GRC module implementations (ARA, EAM, BRM, ARM, UAR). Deep understanding of SAP Security Architecture, including authorization concepts and security settings. Strong analytical skills to assess SoD conflicts and recommend effective mitigating controls. Solid knowledge of compliance standards and data privacy regulations (GDPR, SOX). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience: Proven experience in end-to-end implementation of SAP GRC modules. Background in SAP security role design and maintenance aligned with governance and compliance standards. Hands-on experience collaborating across functional and technical teams to deliver SAP GRC solutions. Demonstrated ability to assess risks, design controls, and support audits. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
