Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Configure and implement SAP S/4HANA PSM-FM functionalities.Set up budget structures, funds centers, commitment items, and budget distribution processes.Enable availability control to enforce budget compliance in procurement and finance processes.Integrate Funds Management with Central Payments and Treasury for real-time liquidity management.Implement budget planning and prediction tools for proactive financial management.Ensure smooth integration with FI, CO, MM, SD, and Treasury modules.Prepare functional specifications, training guides, and conduct UAT sessions.Support users in budget preparation, monitoring, and reporting.Deliver funds utilization and variance reports for management review.

Certifications

SAP Certified Application Associate – Public Sector Management (PSM-FM) preferred.

Experience

5–7 years of SAP Finance consulting experience.Minimum 2 full-cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA PSM-FM.Strong exposure to Central Payments, Cash & Liquidity Management.Experience in Budget Planning, Forecasting, and Predictive Models.Knowledge of public sector budgeting and reporting requirements.

Technical & Functional Skills

Expertise in Funds Management (budgeting, commitments, availability control).Hands-on experience with Budget Planning & Prediction in SAP BPC/Analytics Cloud.Strong knowledge of integration between FM and FI, CO, MM, TRM.Proficiency in reporting & analytics using Fiori and embedded tools.
