Job Description Day to Day: Insight Global is seeking an SAP Functional Consultant to join a large retail client remotely in Canada. This role conducts the design and deployment of SAP S4 FI/CO solutions by leading finance functional consultants in aligning business needs with module and solution functions. You are actively involved in project phases and technological solution support. You will operate closely with business counterparts to design and create SAP solutions which will enable and improve business processes to facilitate business goals and strategies. Our operating environment is SAP S4 Hana Fashion and Vertical Business Solution, which is connected to SAP CAR, IBP, and ECC AFS. · Facilitate the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO and associated modules supporting the Companys business requirements, while maintaining a high degree of stakeholders satisfaction. · Implementing end-to-end SAP solutions that best fit the business requirements and processes · Facilitating the implementation and support of SAP S4 Finance and Controlling module to enhance the Companys business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of stakeholders satisfaction. · Coordinate and execute Change Requests from Process design through Functional Specifications and Implementation, including coordination of resource partners for end-to-end process coverage. · Maintain ongoing collaboration with business stakeholders and peers to gather and interpret user/system requirements, pain points, and process issues. Develop and maintain prioritization of change requests. · Configuring of the FICO solutions in SAP S/4 HANA for Fashion and vertical business, including a good understanding of cross-module implications in end-to-end processes, particularly with the Logistics and SD modules. · Participating in the development and review of training materials, and taking part in training delivery where required for new releases of SAP or in cases of changes and enhancements in SAP functionality Maintain updated knowledge on SAP best practices, roadmap, and technologies to provide informed architectural and design decisions. Skills and Requirements Requirements: · You have a relevant university degree or technical diploma and a minimum of 7 years related experience in SAP System development and sustainment. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered. · You have must have extensive knowledge of omnichannel business processes, ideally in the world of retail, wholesale, fashion, footwear, or similar · You have a background in implementing S4 and/or SAP FMS, SAP AFS. · You have a very strong knowledge of integration between Finance and other functional modules, including Sales & Distributions, Materials Management, etc. · You have extensive knowledge of Order processing (Services, Finished Goods), Output Management, Pricing, Fulfillment, Invoice processing, and intercompany transactions. · You have thorough and demonstrable knowledge of General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), Special Purpose Ledger (FI-SL), Cost element accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Order Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, SAP Digital Payment Add On (DPAO), SAP Customer Cloud Payment (CCP), among others · You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can handle tight deadlines null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
