Job Description Responsible for supporting and enhancing SAP OTC and logistics processes across SD, CS, and MM modules. Works closely with business users to gather requirements, configure SAP solutions, and troubleshoot issues related to sales orders, service orders, contracts, and materials management. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth warehouse and inventory operations, including integration with third-party logistics (3PL) via EDI. Provides functional expertise, drives process improvements, and supports ongoing system upgrades and enhancements.
