Position Title: SAP Fiori / SAP analytics cloud (SAC) expert

Location: Remote/On-site (as required by the project)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert-level guidance on SAP Fiori and SAP analytics cloud (SAC) solution, internal as well towards customerLead architecture and optimization for SAP Fiori and SAP SAC solutionEnsure seamless integration of SAP Fiori and SAP SAC within customer eco-systemConduct regular technical assessments and recommend improvementsBuild and optimize reports to provide actionable insights for business decision-makingStay updated with the latest trends and recommend innovationsProvide technical input, solutions, and recommendations to complex business issues as subject matter SAP Fiori and SAP SAC expertTroubleshoot and resolve end to issues related SAP Fiori and SAP SAC and connected SAP applications, including OS, SAP HANA DBProvide strong technical expertise and leadership in a complex critical environment and related services and projects with contractually established terms and conditions and established technical standards. Stay up to date with the latest SAP Fiori and SAP SAC technologies and trendsEscalation Management: Identify, manage, and lead escalationsCustomer Relationship Management: Influence customers businesses on a broad range of technical and operational topics. Being a trusted advisor to the customers businesses. Develop and grow assigned customers businesses account relationshipsBusiness development: Strong contribution in account growth plan by being a trusted advisor to the customer for modernization and transformation of the business

Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Fiori and SAP SAC technologies in a customer facing roleExperience in solution design and project implementationExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Expert in one or more SAP basis technology sub-areas is a plusStrong knowledge in SAP Hana database as well as Operating SystemsStrong understanding of related technologiesStrong knowledge in Oracle, Postgres SQL databases as well as Operating SystemsHands on experience with SAP HANA and S4HANAExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsStrong English communication skillsGeneral project management capabilitiesVery strong customer service and focusProfessional time management, dedication goal-oriented workBe eager to learn new things and be open to support the team/customer in new and unknown technologies
