Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results. **Your role and responsibilities** * Expertise: Proven leadership in SAP Global Template Design & Build (not just rollout) and S/4HANA * SAP Finance: Advanced knowledge and hands-on implementation experience across multiple SAP Finance modules * SAP Tax: Strong track record of having implemented SAP Tax for multiple countries, including integration with SD, MM, and Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) * Preferred additional Skills : FSCM (Credit, Dispute, Collection Management), ICMR, AFC * Soft Skills: Excellent documentation abilities and strong presentation skills **Required technical and professional expertise** * At least 10 - 15 years of relevant work experience in SAP Finance. Preferably in client-facing roles within estalished Consulting firms * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field * Involved in full implementation cycles for SAP Finance project. * Good configuration knowledge in SAP functional modules and Finance Accounting is a must. * Possess excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; * Self-driven, detail-orientation * Ability to work collaboratively and productively with globally dispersed teams * Ability to manage ambiguity, yet producing tangible results * Ability to effectively manage challenging situations without loss of focus when under pressur IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
