JOB TITLE: SAP FICO Analyst
This position is part of BRP's SAP Center of Expertise (CoE), a cross-functional team of technical and business process experts. The SAP CoE drives support and continuous improvement across various domains to help the organization achieve its strategic goals and growth objectives. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide hands-on support for SAP FICO modules (and integration with SAP modules MM, SD, EWM, TM), including incident resolution, system enhancements, and projects.
Develop relationships with key business users to drive the effectiveness of the SAP solution
Work with Application Management Services (AMS) teams and other partners, and lead continuous improvement and application maintenance activities
Participate in program implementations and continuous improvement initiatives, including analysis, design, configuration, testing and implementation
Ensure specifications are meeting business requirements while ensuring respect of our guidelines.
Support Integration points with other modules and domain
Supervise and guide key resources for the development and testing phases.
Develop and maintain functional specifications and design specifications
Support peer review of design standards and specifications
Govern the transition and handoff from the project delivery team to the application support team.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
University degree or equivalent by experience
Minimum 6 years of hands-on SAP configuration experience in one or many of the following SAP financial modules: FI, CO, AA
Strong knowledge of financial accounting required
Demonstrate outstanding expertise in SAP Financial accounting and Controlling functionalities and capable of designing and implementing SAP best practices
Perform an active role in the internal and external brainstorming and management meetings to bring our technical solutions to the next level.
Work experience with the following packages is nice to have: Blackline, OneSource, Opentext, Kyriba
Experience working with third-party integrations with SAP
Solid understanding of S4 HANA processes
High-level experience with cutover, go-live and data migration
Training skills to share and transmit your know-how to your peers
Dynamic, innovative & problem resolution focus with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to constantly adapt and perform in ever evolving environments and business realities
Available to work \"on call\" in a rotative calendar
