You will be responsible for translating business requirements into reliable, scalable solutions while ensuring alignment with the global template design. Your duties include delivering functional enhancements, reviewing technical documentation, and conducting thorough testing to meet high-quality standards. Additionally, you will provide ongoing user support and training, manage technical debt, and ensure optimal solution performance. A critical part of your role is to coach team members, share knowledge, and actively resolve process bottlenecks to enhance team effectiveness and system efficiency. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Act as the primary contact for Vertex in the Asia Pacific region, collaborating with local OpCos and global platform teams for deployment and support. * Translate business requirements into functional solutions while maintaining the integrity of global finance platform templates. * Deliver high-quality functional enhancements and documentation (specs, test scripts) with a focus on minimizing rework and defects. * Provide end-user support, training, and testing assistance, while continuously managing solution quality and technical debt. * Share knowledge, mentor team members, and proactively address bottlenecks to simplify processes and ensure team capability in all design phases **Preferred technical and professional experience** • experience, ideally in the functional domain. • Experience with deploying the relevant functionalities in the Vertex. • Ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Team player and able to work effectively and in an agile way at all levels of the product teams with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus. • Able to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and ""truths"" and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others.
