Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead and/or contribute to the design, development, integration, testing, deployment, ongoing management, and enhancement of SAP FICO-based solutions, in order to meet client requirements and objectives
Demonstrate functional and technical proficiency, business acumen, and thought leadership backed by excellent oral and written communications
Identify and apply continuous improvement, innovation, and automation activities for operational efficiency, delivery excellence, and application modernization/transformation
Balance working independently and working collaboratively with other consultants from the same or related modules, external integrated applications, clients, and/or other third-party vendors
Leverage functional and technical expertise to meet engagement objectives, grow team capabilities, support pursuit and sales activities
Execute all deliverables in accordance to company leadership values and in alignment with overall company and organization strategy and direction
Lead and/or contribute to team, organization, and/or account strategies, initiatives, and/or activities
Comply with key project critical metrics, delivery, milestones and/or service level agreements
Comply with all team, organization, and client deliverables, targets, policies and procedures
Minimum of 5 years of SAP FICO experience
Functional and technical proficiency in SAP applications-related work
Must have at least 3 full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations, solid industry experience, and/or consulting experience
Strong hands-on experience in and knowledge of core SAP FICO modules
Strong knowledge of key integration points with SAP FICO and other SAP modules, including SD, MM, PP, PM, PS
Strong leadership and management experience
Must demonstrate ability to understand clients' business and objectives
Must have a high-performing, \"can-do\" attitude: adaptability, flexibility, resourcefulness; is results-oriented, a self-starter and a critical thinker
Must be able to work in both an individual and a team environment
Must have strong oral and written communication skillsNice-to-Have Skills Description:Experience in Concur is a big plus
