**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Consultant with 6 to 9 years of experience in SAP EWM Testing SAP EWM Integration S/4 HANA Goods issue and GR SAP Yard and Resource Management and SAP Value Added Services. The ideal candidate will also have domain expertise in Warranty Management for the Auto Industry Social Media Command Center and Customer Loyalty Management. This hybrid role requires a native English speaker and operates during day shifts. **Responsibilities** + Lead the testing and integration of SAP EWM systems to ensure seamless operations and efficiency. + Oversee the implementation and management of S/4 HANA Goods issue and GR processes to optimize inventory control. + Provide expertise in SAP Yard and Resource Management to enhance logistics and resource allocation. + Manage SAP Value Added Services to improve overall service delivery and customer satisfaction. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of SAP solutions. + Conduct thorough testing and validation of SAP EWM systems to identify and resolve any issues. + Implement best practices in Warranty Management for the Auto Industry to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce costs. + Utilize Social Media Command Center tools to monitor and respond to customer feedback and trends. + Develop and manage Customer Loyalty Management programs to increase customer retention and loyalty. + Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of SAP systems. + Analyze and report on system performance and make recommendations for improvements. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all SAP-related activities. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions. **Qualifications** + Possess strong technical skills in SAP EWM Testing SAP EWM Integration and S/4 HANA Goods issue and GR. + Demonstrate expertise in SAP Yard and Resource Management and SAP Value Added Services. + Have domain experience in Warranty Management for the Auto Industry Social Media Command Center and Customer Loyalty Management. + Exhibit excellent communication skills in English as a native speaker. + Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with day shifts. + Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Demonstrate ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. + Provide training and support to ensure effective use of SAP systems. + Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations. + Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends. + Deliver innovative solutions to improve system performance and customer satisfaction. + Ensure seamless integration and deployment of SAP solutions. + Enhance logistics and resource allocation through effective SAP Yard and Resource Management.
