Job Description

Location: Richardson, TX (This position is 100% onsite at our headquarters in Richardson, TX, requiring attendance in-office 5 days a week, Monday-Friday.)

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

 

As the SAP EWM Senior Functional Analyst, you will formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on user needs, utilizing a solid understanding of application systems and industry requirements.

Devises or modifies procedures to solve problems considering system capacity, limitations, and desired resultsPerforms business analysis of systems and follows through the entire development life cycleResponsible for defining detailed requirements, analyzing business needs and validating solutions with the clientMay evaluate requirements documented by othersModifies, maintains, and updates complex ERP configuration and program routinesMay solve highly technical complex problems and be called on to consult for other projectsServes as a senior subject matter expert with content, processes, and procedures associated with enterprise applicationsEducates others in the workflow, business processes, and reporting metrics enabled by ERP modules or other applicationsDefines, tests, trains, implements, and supports one or more functional areas within the ERP System or other applicationsMonitors other business analysts in software development methods, processes and implementation of those methodsProvides mentoring and direction to team members and is a key contributorMay manage projects with medium budgets or of intermediate durationResponsible for managing project plan, scope, risk, and resourcesMay act as team leader for medium size project teamsMay participate in IT financial management activities including annual budgeting cycle, project estimating, capital approval process, project budget oversight, and resource time trackingMay contribute to multi-year planning to determine broad direction, prioritize projects and evaluate ROI Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:

Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  5+ years of functional experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management with 2-3 end-to-end implementations on SCM9.5 or S/4 HANAPossess solid knowledge in SAP EWM Mater Data integrations, Inbound, Outbound and Internal Movements warehouse processesHands on experience in configuring different features in SAP EWM listed below:Complex Storage Types, Put away and Stock removal strategies configuration using BADI or custom developmentHandling unit management for Inbound, internal movements and outbound processesPalletization, consolidation, deconsolidation using Handling UnitWave Management including Wave template and DeterminationInbound and Outbound activitiesInternal warehouse processes such as Replenishment, Cycle Counting and Physical InventoryCross process settings, exception handling using custom developmentPost Processing Framework for standard and custom definitionQueue/Task ManagementRF mobile data entry, custom RF transactions on ITS mobile environment to run on HandheldHaving knowledge in other areas of EWM such as Slotting, Labor Management, Resource Management and Cross DockHaving knowledge in Barcode label printing by Smartforms using Barcodes GS1-128, Code-128 and EAN-13, label printing on Zebra printerHaving knowledge in Integration with SAP BI for Reporting, also knows about Standard/Custom reports using Warehouse Management Monitor and Easy Graphics Framework (EGF)Having knowledge in EWM Integration with ECC Logistics Execution and Inventory ManagementNice to have experience in EWM Integration with UPS for small parcel using Express Shipping or ShipExec InterfaceNice to have experience in EWM Integration with SAP Transportation Management systemGood Understanding about ABAP Development, Debugging, custom objects such as BADI, functional modules, ALV Reports etc.Candidate should have experience working with business to understand their requirementsMust have good communication skills and be able to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications Benefits

WHAT WE OFFER: 

 

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $100,000-$130,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
