Job Summary
The SAP ERP MM/WM Analyst is a senior SAP Supporting role. The ERP Analyst is a functional specialist in the SAP core area of MM/WM. In addition to SAP support responsibilities and others as assigned, the SAP ERP Analyst is also responsible for coordination, execution and delivery quality of MM & WM modular activities across multiple systems, regions and sites
Coordinating with a team of internal functional specialists on both the Emerson Run Support Team and Change Team as well as third parties
The SAP ERP Analyst ensures detailed completion and quality of work, aligning and collaborating with other workstreams.
The SAP ERP Analyst will need to work with internal and/or external resources to manage issues and gaps in interface functionality, SAP MM & WM configurations
The Sr. MM/WM Analyst will be responsible to learn the MM & WM designs in all the Emerson Enterprise SAP Systems and recommend/drive improvement and design standardization opportunities that result in a lower support complexity
This role will act as the lead/driver or contributor for MM & WM related RUN/Support projects, automation and related change
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Responsible for oversight and execution of SAP MM & WM bug fix & minor enhancement implementation
Participate in or host weekly MM & WM meetings with internal & external counterparts Audit processes performed by third parties to ensure compliance to Emerson standards Oversee, Design and implement SAP MM & WM configuration & customizing in Emerson Enterprise SAP Systems Represent MM & WM in Customer/Relationship meetings Review all MM & WM Functional Specifications created by third parties & change team Receive Knowledge Transfer from the change team Supervise and complete ticket resolution, change delivery and release delivery within the Emerson Enterprise Run Support Team Provides functional/technical expertise in the SAP MM & WM modules SAP Configuration proficiency in given system module. Able to solve complex SAP technical issues. Strong SAP integration knowledge with PP, SD, FICO and VC modules Translates business requirements into detailed technical/functional specifications Collaborates and communicates with ABAP, Basis, Security and other relevant teams to ensure proper planning, development and execution of all workCollaborates and communicates with Business teams to optimize solution delivery and scheduling. Ensures that new business processes/business requirements are documented qualitatively and that they are validated with the expectations of the customer!
Oversight and execution of workstream activities primarily for RUN Support and minor enhancements across multiple systems. Ensure that workstream activities are progressing according to plan, and ensure delays and issues are identified and mitigating actions taken Supervise and conduct system testing and regression testing as needed Serve as the main contact for handling customer issues regarding RUN MM & WM from business users and internal/external MM & WM counterparts. Carries out all activities following Emerson processes, policies and proceduresWho You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
A minimum of 10 plus years of relevant IT experience in SAP Experience with coordinating with multiple internal staff and consultants concurrently. Experience working in a heavily matrixed organization Strong analytical ability, process oriented and ability to manage complexity. Able to work independently against an established set of guidelines Support experience in a global environment, coordinating and aligning with multiple collaborators Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and exceptional interpersonal skills Experienced in the technical interface support of EDI, Trax, Taxware & Tradesphere is preferred Comprehensive understanding of SAP's customizing toolset, including IMG (Implementation Management Guide) and SAP data model in MM & WM Thorough business understanding of sales & manufacturing processes in a plant environment and comprehensive understanding of SAP architecture Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.Join Emerson and bring your expertise to a team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
