Utilizing a broad understanding of SAP functionality and the cross-functional and technical integration aspects, the SAP Enterprise Architect will collaborate with the NTT Data Business Solutions Inc. and customer project resources to find the best holistic solution for the customer and project. The Enterprise Architect has knowledge of and access to all available NTT Data Business Solutions Inc. resources and will utilize the resources to bring the right skillset to the project. This position works closely with the project manager, engagement director and consultants to design and evaluate feasibility of proposed solutions in the context of project budget, risk and time line. The Enterprise Architect also participates in functional QA reviews of projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Services Sales/Presales support
1st call credibilitySupport of sales/presales teamConduct discovery sessionsSupport of proposal creation by defining and describing scope and assumptionsDesign of solution roadmap together with the presales teamGeneration of follow up business through existing client relationships
B. Project delivery support
Ability to manage expectations with the project team and clientFlexibility to support multiple parallel projectsUnderstanding of the importance of follow up and documentation of resultsTrusted advisor to the project team (NTT Data Business Solutions Inc. and customer)Support project manager and engagement director in managing customer expectationCredibility towards the client is based on business and SAP product knowledge. Use this credibility to advise client and provide guidance towards the best holistic project solutionAbility to explain abstract and complex solutions in a way that the customer understandsAbility to deliver difficult information at all organizational levels and determine appropriate courses of action.
C. Quality control for delivery projects
Review of solutions that have been designed without Enterprise Architect - involvement at certain milestones of a projectFocus on the critical functional/technical areasFollow up on execution/adherence of proposed solution on a regular basisMitigate future risks by addressing them early onUtilize the trusted advisor position to influence the clientAssessment of escalation situationProject escalation management/ leading proper resolutions in escalation situations

Position Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or related field of study10 years of SAP project implementation experience across multiple modules and industriesExperience in multiple, full lifecycle SAP project implementationsMinimum 6 years of integration experience with other process areasMinimum 6 years of leadership experience on SAP implementation/support projectsExperience configuring multiple SAP modules AND experience across multiple industries

The annual base compensation range for this role will be $159,255 - $271,000. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by a number of factors including but not limited to organizational needs and the qualified candidate’s skill set, certifications, and experience.
