Based out of Shanghai, the SAP & eCommerce Subject Matter Expert is part of a global Order-to-Cash Business Process Team. The role closely interacts with the Customer Service and Supply Chain end-users to provide the desired service level in daily business process support activities and in project work for new business requirements.  The primary focus is SAP SD support. There will be integration work with other areas, such as pricing, data and salesforce due to the inter-connectivity of the systems.

Your main tasks include:

Daily operational SAP support to the customer service team and some ad-hoc OTC related supply chain support globallyTroubleshoot, identify root causes and resolve issues by implementing monitoring tools, control mechanisms and best practicesResponsible for training Customer Service on processes from an SAP point of viewLog, follow up and test primary service nodes and perform regression testingAnalyze existing SAP processes based on the business requirements and propose improvementsData extractions and analysis based on business requirementsSupport the Customer Service organization in order automation requirements such as the online web-order tool, order capture and EDIKeep SAP Technical & SAP User documentation up to date in the Global Knowledge Center and create new training documents for new business processes

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree or Proven Equivalent ExperienceIn-depth, E2E, Order-To-Cash business process knowledgeStrong SAP SD knowledge (ECC),Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and AccessStrong analytical and mathematical skills and ability to work with great accuracyTeamwork and interpersonal effectiveness skillsProven prioritization, time management and multi-tasking skillsWillingness to work and share experiences in a global teamWillingness to be time-flexible while dealing with different countries in different time zonesKnowledge of e-Commerce systems (online Web-Order, Order Capture, EDI, idocs)Understanding of operation of logistic interfaces
