Descripción del empleo

Your role:

Lead and manage cross-functional data projects from initiation to completion.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; ensure adherence.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions.Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant policies.Analyze and present data insights to support business strategy.Lead and mentor a team of SAP specialists, ensuring alignment with project and organizational goals, fostering a collaborative environment.Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the team

RequisitosProven expertise in managing SAP S/4 HANA projects.Strong project management skills with a demonstrated record of successful project delivery.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in risk identification, analysis, and mitigation planning.Knowledge of current application development and enterprise architecture standards.Strong understanding of manufacturing and warehouse logistic processes.
