Work you'll do/Responsibilities This role requires an experienced SAP techno-functional professional to manage and deliver projects within the heavy equipment industry, with a particular focus on manufacturing processes, aftermarket services, and logistics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate comprehensive expertise in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), MM (Materials Management), and PP (Plan to Produce), as well as integration with OTC (Order to Cash) and Finance modules. A strong understanding of both the technical and functional aspects of manufacturing and aftermarket business operations with experience in global implementation and roll-outs is essential. Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management. The Team The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients' needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations. Key Responsibilities: + Lead and manage end-to-end project life cycle starting from design, delivery, deploy, to support related to manufacturing, aftermarket, and machine operations within the heavy equipment sector. + Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables. + Facilitate project blueprint sessions, analyze business requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications for SAP EWM, MM, PP, and OTC modules. + Act as the Integration lead for the SAP EWM, MM, PP and OTC modules. + Experience in facilitating and delivering end user training and supporting user acceptance testing activities. + Coordinate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure effective project execution. + Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery. + Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous optimization initiatives.
