Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall data migration strategy and roadmap.Define data migration objects, templates, and load sequencing.Coordinate data cleansing and enrichment with business stakeholders.Manage mock runs, trial migrations, and final cutover migration.Lead and mentor the data migration team (BODS developers, SLT specialists).Collaborate with functional teams for mapping, validation, and reconciliation.Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements in data migration.Provide status reporting and risk management for migration activities.

Experience

8+ years of SAP data migration project experience.At least 3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA data migration projects as Migration Lead.Hands-on experience in SAP BODS, SLT Replication, and Central Finance migrations.Proven experience in data reconciliation and cutover planning.

Technical Skills

SAP Data Services (BODS) – design, ETL jobs, performance optimization.SAP SLT Replication Services – configuration, monitoring, error handling.SAP S/4HANA Central Finance – migration and replication concepts.SQL, data profiling, and reconciliation scripts.

Soft Skills

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical mindset.Ability to handle large datasets under tight timelines.
