SAP Customer Support Specialist (Remote)
**Job Description** Job Responsibilities: + Act as SAP Key User for our company's Animal Health Order to Cash functions and processes + Provide first line support within Order Management Center and business processes + Focus includes US domestic Order Management Center, with support provided to HomeAgain and International Customer Service groups + Work with warehouse key users/leads to resolve shipping discrepancies, inventory management issues and improve processes + Work with billing/customer clerks to resolve billing or customer/product set up issues and improve processes + Work with the returns department to resolve issues and improve processes + Stock to Invoice – ensure balance by reviewing and correcting invoice errors + Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. + Design, configure, and implement SAP modules based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards. + Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of SAP systems. + Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues and user problems promptly, providing effective solutions to minimize business impacts. + Manage and maintain SAP systems, including system performance monitoring, applying system updates and patches, and addressing system security. + Provide end-user training and support to promote system adoption and ensure effective utilization of SAP systems. + Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing, to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements. + Stay up to date with SAP latest releases, features, and advancements, and proactively recommend and implement system upgrades and improvements. + Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines related to SAP system usage and administration. + Execute SAP testing, validation, and documentation + Prepare test plan documentation + Define specific testing scenarios + Carry out functional acceptance, integration, regression, and acceptance testing and signoff + Maintain test documentation, test scenarios + Training of end users + Identify training needs for new and existing users + Prepare and deliver end user training (materials, data and exercises) + Evaluation + Maintain training materials + Communication and knowledge transfer to end users **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems/related field. + Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and/or maintenance. + In-depth knowledge and experience in at least one SAP module, such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP FI/CO, SAP BW/BI, etc. + Strong understanding of SAP integration techniques and experience with integrating SAP with other systems, such as CRM, BI, and third-party applications. + Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and requirements and recommend effective SAP solutions. + Proficient in system configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning in SAP systems. + Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously. + SAP certification(s) is a plus Current Employees apply HERE (https://wd5.myworkday.com/msd/d/task/1422$6687.htmld) Current Contingent Workers apply HERE (https://wd5.myworkday.com/msd/d/task/1422$4020.htmld) **US and Puerto Rico Residents Only:** Our company is committed to inclusion, ensuring that candidates can engage in a hiring process that exhibits their true capabilities.
