Job DescriptionData Cleansing & Quality ManagementDevelop Power BI dashboards based on defined KPIs and requirementsImplement data transformations using Databricks.Enhance DQ management through automation and AI-driven rule application.Customer Master Data MigrationSupport migration from R/3 to S/4 via the central data platform (Athena), in collaboration with the S/4 program, sales teams, local experts, and corporate services.Execute attribute mapping, data transformation, business rule application, and automation of migration processes.Testing & Defect ManagementSupport integration testing, defect tracking, and resolution throughout the rollout lifecycle.Go-Live & Hypercare SupportProvide hands-on assistance during go-live and post-implementation hypercare phases to ensure smooth transition and stability

QualificationsMaster Data Management (MDM)Proficient in MDG and similar MDM tools.ERP & S/4HANA KnowledgeDeep understanding of ERP systems and hands-on experience with S/4HANA programs.Order-to-Cash (O2C) & Sales ProcessesStrong functional knowledge of O2C and sales operations.Data Analytics & VisualizationSkilled in Databricks and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.Data Migration & AutomationExperienced in data migration strategies and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).Soft SkillsExcellent communication in English, proactive work style, and structured approach to problem-solving
