**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 5 to 9 years of experience in SAP EWM Integration S/4 HANA Goods Issue and GR SAP Yard and Resource Management and SAP Value Added Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these areas and will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration and efficient management of resources. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. **Responsibilities** + Lead the integration of SAP EWM with other SAP modules to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency. + Oversee the implementation and management of S/4 HANA Goods Issue and Goods Receipt processes to optimize inventory management. + Provide expertise in SAP Yard and Resource Management to enhance operational efficiency and resource utilization. + Implement SAP Value Added Services to improve overall value chain processes and customer satisfaction. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve integration issues and ensure smooth operations. + Develop and maintain documentation for SAP processes and configurations to support ongoing system improvements. + Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. + Train and mentor team members on SAP processes and best practices to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development. + Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to ensure optimal system functionality and user satisfaction. + Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP implementations. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all SAP-related activities. + Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP systems to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. + Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to continuously improve system capabilities. **Qualifications** + Possess strong experience in SAP EWM Integration S/4 HANA Goods Issue and GR SAP Yard and Resource Management and SAP Value Added Services. + Demonstrate expertise in implementing and managing SAP processes to optimize resource utilization and operational efficiency. + Have a good understanding of Product Lifecycle Management Value Analysis and Value Engineering. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively. + Show strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. + Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends. + Hold relevant certifications in SAP EWM S/4 HANA or related areas.
