SAP CPIT E2E Test Lead (Expert)

The position is currently posted in Prague, CZ, but we are also looking for colleagues in Buenos Aires, Argentina. **The Role:** + Lead and oversee end-to-end (E2E) testing activities for critical, large-scale IT programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives. + Develop and implement comprehensive E2E test strategies, plans, and scripts covering all aspects of software development lifecycle, with a focus on business process validation. + Co-Ordinate between CPIT test leads from the various ARTs and delivery teams + Mentor and enable test leads, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. + Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure testability. + Design, develop, and execute test cases, analyze results, and report defects, utilizing tools such as Jira, Xray, and more + Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies, leveraging Agile and SAFe principles. + Provide expert guidance on testing best practices and tool utilization. + Track and report on testing progress, metrics, and quality, providing clear visibility to stakeholders. + Proactively identify and mitigate testing risks and challenges. + Champion a quality-first mindset within the organization. + Analyze complex business processes and translate them into testable scenarios. + Facilitate testing workshops and training sessions. **Role Requirements:** + Proven experience leading and managing E2E testing efforts for large-scale IT projects. + Strong understanding of business process analysis and modeling. + Deep knowledge of software testing methodologies, including Agile and SAFe frameworks. + Expertise in test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Xray and Tosca + Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts. + Proficient in reporting testing progress and metrics. + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. + Experience with various testing types (functional, performance, security, usability, etc.) a definite asset. + Experience working within a highly regulated industry is a plus. ​ **Bring out your best** SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
