Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio **Your role and responsibilities** * Lead implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). * Analyse client payroll requirements and design scalable solutions. * Configure payroll schemas, rules, and integration with EC and third-party systems. * Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. * Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations. * Work closely with clients, HR, and technical teams for successful delivery. **Required technical and professional expertise** * 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll, with at least 2+ years in SuccessFactors ECP. * Deep knowledge of payroll processes, schemas, rules, and off-cycle processing. * Experience with EC and ECP integration via PTP (Point-to-Point). * Understanding of country-specific payroll is a plus. * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills. **Preferred technical and professional experience** N/A IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
