This project consists of the implementation of a payroll solution for Mexico, fully integrated with the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module previously implemented by IBM.
The project also includes the migration from their current payroll system.
The project will be managed by a full-time Project Manager assigned by the client. This person will serve as the PoC (Point of Contact), project lead, and will also be responsible for payroll management once the project is completed.
**Your role and responsibilities**
As a managing consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will lead design workshops, support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Your primary responsibilities include:
Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs.
Team Delivery leadership: Lead and manage high performing team of SAP consultants to deliver work products on time, budget, and quality.
Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your functional expertise of SAP with clients and team members and working with the latest technologies.
Migrate the payroll operation from an external system to an internal solution based on SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), in order to:
* Eliminate dependence on third parties.
* Ensure compliance with Mexican tax and legal regulations (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, CFDI).
* Fully integrate payroll with your SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central system.
* Automate critical processes such as receipt stamping, accounting reports and communication with government entities.
* Strengthen control, traceability and security of payroll information.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
SAP SuccessFactors
Experience in Mexican Payroll in the Successfactors tool.
Mexican payroll: Full compliance with Mexican tax and labor legislation, and automation of key processes such as CFDI stamping, tax calculation and official reports.
At least have participated in 2 implementations
Advanced conversational English
Availability to travel to Queretaro.
