Your new role:
Controlling (SAP CO)  • Support and enhancement of SAP Controlling functions:  ○ Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)  ○ Profit Center Accounting, Cost and Revenue Element Accounting (Reconciliation)  • Activities to support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing  • Execution of project settlements  • Clarification and elimination of discrepancies between FI and CO  • Supervision and support of Profit Center Accounting 
Project System (SAP PS)  • Support and further development of the ELAN system (in-house development for handling and structuring of quotations and customer orders in the plant engineering business) according to CO and PS requirements (project editions, project profiles, settlement profiles)  • User support for SAP PS topics:  ○ Project creation and structuring (project categories CC, PoC, combi-projects)  ○ Plan value transfer and plan cost centers  ○ PS actual cost posting & month-end closing (project statuses)  • Adjustment of project characteristics during reorganizations  • AE recording during project creation to ensure IFRS15-compliant bookings  • Management of the AE/AB processes for PS  • Execution of reversals and corrections  • Support and further development of the project-relevant reporting system for:  ○ classic profitability reports  ○ in-house developed SAPUI5 (Fiori) APPs  ○ in-house developed ABAP reports  • Analysis and optimization of business processes in the project environment 
Cross-functional SAP  - Support and further development of existing SAP CO and PS solutions and processes  - Integration of SAP PS with adjacent modules such as SD, FI/CO, and MM  - Support with archiving, especially of PS-relevant objects

Your qualifications / Know-How needed in: · Several years of experience in the SAP CO environment and well-founded knowledge in the SAP PS environment  · Well-founded knowledge in project structure planning and project cost accounting  · Understanding of IFRS requirements  · Experience in user support  · Analytical and structured way of working  · Very good German and English skills
