As a SAP Callidus SME, you will make an impact by designing and maintaining Callidus Workflow solutions to optimize business processes and enhance efficiency. YYou will be a valued member of the dynamic team and collaborate closely with other collaborators and teams. **In this role, you will** + Develop and maintain Callidus Workflow solutions to optimize business processes and enhance efficiency. + Apply SQL and PL/SQL for extracting, transforming, and loading data to ensure data integrity and accuracy. + Design and generate SAP BO Webi and Crystal Reports to deliver insights that support decision-making. + Implement and manage Incentive Compensation Management systems to align with interpersonal goals and drive performance. + Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. + Analyze and resolve system issues providing timely resolutions to minimize disruptions. + Ensure industry standards and up-to-date methods are followed in all technical implementations. + Provide training and support to end-users to improve their understanding and utilization of systems. + Document processes and procedures to maintain an extensive knowledge base for future reference. + Stay updated with the newest technologies and trends to continuously improve system capabilities. + Contribute to the companys purpose by optimizing systems that impact society positively. + Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance personal and professional growth. + Improve teamwork and outcomes by bringing to bear domain skills to support agency relationship management. **What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)** + Possess deep technical skills in SAP Callidus Workflow SQL SAP BO Webi Reporting PL/SQL and Crystal Reports. + Demonstrate proficiency in Incentive Compensation Management and related tools.
