Job Purpose: As a key member of the IT Application team, the SAP C4C Administrator will be responsible for administering and continuously improving the SAP C4C platform. This includes managing CRM security, user provisioning, data imports, configuration, and license optimization. The system spans multiple geographic regions and supports multi-language and multi-currency configurations.

Design and implement workflows such as lead routing, quote approval flows, and user notificationsDefine and manage system release cycles, change control processes, and test strategies.Partner with regional and global business stakeholders to drive user adoption and system improvements aligned with business goals (Ensure end-to-end process integrity across platforms)Lead CRM configuration activities, including security setup, user access management, and data governanceMonitor and manage integrations with SAP ECC, S/4HANA Public Cloud, and external systems.Respond to and resolve system incidents and service requests promptlyKnowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Service CloudExperience in software design lifecycle.Demonstrated experience in software test management and related tools.Familiar with the basics of user access and security, and authorization.Solid functional background in C4C integrations to ERP systems, specifically SAP ECC 6.0 and S4/Hana Public Cloud experience is a plus.Experience working with software change management and release/upgrade methodology.Experience in Adobe Marketo, Salesforce, SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2 and SAP FMS is a plus
