As a SAP Business Process Solution Architect you are responsible for process designing, implementing, and supporting SAP solutions for supply chain and manufacturing solutions. You have experience working and designing solutions for multiple manufacturing industries. You have worked closely with business to identify, recommend and implement business process changes that impact end to end supply chain and manufacturing process.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead the design and architecture of SAP solutions across complex supply chain modules for end to end designs for MM, PP, EWM, EWM, MES, TM and other active/to be activated components.
• Run initiatives to assess new projects, develop comprehensive solution blueprints and techno-functional specifications aligned with business requirements
• Guide functional and technical teams through implementation, ensuring best practices and standards compliance
• Provide expertise in procurement processes, manufacturing processes, production planning, and logistics optimization
• Review solution designs, process flows and Key design decisions documents
• Lead technical decision-making and problem resolution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance
A day in the life
This role will be highly collaborative, requiring deep knowledge of SAP process configurations, business process flows and end to end data/impact understanding. You will work with business process teams, functional leads, technical leads, TPMs and other stakeholders to solve complex problems.
You will bring in your experience working on complex SAP supply chain and manufacturing solutions for automotive/Aerospace&Defense to develop solutions that are thought through end to end (engineering, manufacturing execution to financial accounting)
You will tackle challenging, novel situations every day and have the opportunity to work with multiple technical teams at Amazon in different locations. You should be comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and relish the idea of solving complex problems that haven't been solved at scale before.
