You will be responsible to: We are looking for a skilled and business-savvySAP Business Analystwith a primary focus onFinance and Controlling (FI/CO)and a strong understanding ofProduction Planning/Process Industries (PP/PI). This role is critical in supporting end-to-end business processes across finance, sales, and manufacturing, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities: + Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP FI/CO modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO (cost centers, internal orders, profit centers). + Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements in SAP. + Support and optimize financial processes such as month-end close, cost allocations, and intercompany transactions. + Provide cross-functional support and integration expertise withPP/PI(costing, production orders, process manufacturing). + Participate in SAP projects including rollouts, upgrades, and S/4HANA migrations. + Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external accounting standards. + Develop functional specifications, test plans, and user documentation. + Provide training and support to end users in Finance, Sales, and Manufacturing departments. We are looking to recruit a Candidate: + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. + 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO. + Experience withPP/PImodules in an integrated SAP environment. + Strong understanding of financial processes and their impact on sales and production. + Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals, life sciences, manufacturing) is a plus. + Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications is preferred. + Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: + Knowledge of product costing, revenue recognition, and intercompany billing. + Experience with SAP integration to external systems (e.g., MES, CRM). + Understanding of GxP and other compliance frameworks relevant to regulated industries. + Agile or hybrid project methodology experience.
