***BPO - SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud - Hybrid - France***

RED Global is currently seeking a Business Process Owner - Transactional to join one of their clients on their SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the deployment of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud for Transactional processes across European sites, ensuring alignment with global templates and local compliance. Drive process transformation and standardization, ensuring adoption by local teams. Conduct and lead Fit-to-Template workshops; identify gaps, local requirements, and configuration needs. Define test scopes, support local testing activities, and validate results. Coordinate data readiness activities: value mapping, data cleansing, and cutover support. Engage stakeholders across functions and countries to align priorities and remove roadblocks.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in ERP/SAP implementation (especially S/4HANA Public Cloud). Strong functional expertise in Transactional sales processes (Pricing, Quotation, Order Mgmt, EDI). Deep understanding of business processes in domains like, SD, MM, and some FI. Experience leading business transformation projects in complex, multicultural environments. Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Location: Ile-de-France, hybrid, potentially flexible to other locations in France for the right candidate. Start: ASAP Duration: 6 months + Languages: Fluent English and French required
