RED Global is currently looking for a SAP BPO FI or FICO in all Europe for an international deployment project.

Project Scope

Deploy S/4HANA Public Cloud as the strategic ERP for France, Europe, and International Operations.

Mission

Support entities on the Roadmap by leading the implementation of S/4HANA Public Cloud, driving business transformation, and ensuring adoption of standardized processes and tools across all phases: Prepare, Explore, Deploy, and Hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure deployment readiness and support site preparation (Journey to Readiness). Drive business transformation and change management with local teams. Collaborate with Discipline Leaders, BPOs, and deployment teams. Align business processes with S/4HANA standards; resolve conflicts between local and core needs. Validate key user roles (BPOs/Key Users) and lead end-user training. Lead UAT, support cutover planning, and secure successful Go-Live and Hypercare. Capture best practices and identify improvement opportunities. Contribute to deployment planning and execution.

Skills & Competencies

Strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA, especially FI/CO Experience in transformation projects and agile environments Project management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills Strong collaboration in international, cross-functional teams Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools Fluent in English
