Defines and agrees KPIs for Function with other Basis Lead and Technical Operations Lead, to meet CoE needs, and align to Non-Functional Requirements and overall CoE MissionIdentifies areas for process and operational improvementKnowledge and experience of SAP cloud solutions, BTP, Hana cloud, Cloud ALM, Integration technologies including SLTExperience of SAP in a retail environment would be beneficialExperience of working with 3rd party support teams with excellent time management and task prioritisation and delegation.Excellent problem solving and analysis skills gained from working in a large and complex organisation.Experience of SAP upgrades, patching and regular maintenance planning.
